Solutions Northwest is an overstock solution partner for Original Device Manufacturers (ODM’s)

We provide a fast, easy way for ODM’s to off-load excess inventory by having it picked up at their location to be either destroyed or prepared for the secondary market of overstocked, refurbished and used equipment channels.

If destined for the secondary market, our services allow customers to store overstocked items in a safe and dry environment while exploring opportunities to sell them in different channels than their primary, new equipment channels. This may require re-labeling, re-packaging, SKU’ing, special kitting, and provisioning. It may also require introduction to channel partners and the establishment of invoicing, billing and particular ODM requirements such as what markets the product can be resold in and what accounts may not be approached.

After finding a home in the secondary market for the items and establishing the arrangements with the channel partner(s), we will handle the invoicing, shipping and reporting of the items to the reseller so that the ODM can keep track of the items and how they are being sold.

We do not refurbish or repair product for re-sale and we do not deal with end users. We are quite simply a convenient and temporary go-between for the ODM and the secondary channel partners.
